Originally built as a conventional 1990s neo-traditional stucco residence, this Brentwood property was ready for a complete reinvention. While serving as the on-staff architect for local general contractor, Exodus Industries, Anne worked close collaboration with the GC’s Director and Project Managers to transform the neglected home into a sophisticated modern residence with strong market appeal. Her role focused primarily on the redesign of the exterior and selection of interior finishes, with each decision considered in relation to the team’s construction goals, investment strategy, and intended buyer. The result is a refined, highly tailored home with elevated materials, gracious spaces, and a renewed connection to the property’s sweeping views across Brentwood—designed to support both polished entertaining and comfortable everyday living.
